But, if these fats are not used, these will become accumulated and will become a cause of you hating yourself, because of obesity. Even more, obesity promotes bad health and deadly illnesses such as hypertension and heart attack. Here are 5 simple ways you can trim-off calories without forcing yourself to eat less.

Eat less simple sugar

First, you have to stay away of eating of simple carbohydrates or sugars. Sugars of this type are fast dissolving, so it will require you to eat more often. Sweets contains a lot of sugar so if you want to get fit, stay away from it. Foods such as cookies, candies, cakes, soft drinks and ice cream have a lot of sugar that transform into calories. I am not saying that you have to totally abstain from eating sweets. You can eat this kind of food in moderate amounts.

Eat more complex carbohydrates

Complex carbohydrates contains less calories compared to simple ones, it is advisable that a person must consume foods that contain more fiber and starch. This kind of food takes time to be digested in your stomach. This type of food will make you eat less. In some cases foods that are rich in fiber has so much less in calorie content. The calories that is required to digest that kind of food is way more than its calorie content. So basically you are eating fruit and vegetables to lose, not to gain weight!

Eat less fatty foods

There are foods that obviously have a lot of fats like meat. On the other hand, mayonnaise, egg yolk and ice cream contain a lot of fat yet you won’t notice it. Fatty foods usually contain 9 counts of calories per gram, much more calories compared to carbs and protein which contains just 4 counts of calories per gram. Over indulgence to fatty foods may lead to obesity. Peanuts, cream, peanut butter, cheese and avocado are just few of the food that you might want to avoid if you are conscious about your figure. Yes not every fat are dangerous, you only have to eat in moderate amounts.

Stay away from fried foods

It is known to us that cooking oil is also considered as fatty cooking ingredient. When you are frying your dish, some of the cooking oil gets into the food that you are cooking, thus making the calorie amount of your food so high. There are a lot of ways of cooking that does not necessarily involve frying such as stewing, boiling or baking. If you just can avoid frying, then you have to consider using extra virgin coconut oil to make it sure that you are not getting unnecessary amount of calories.

Drink more water before and during your meal

Water has 0 calories. Drinking a lot of water before and during meal time will make you feel full and satisfied. It will also help your body in eliminating your waste very effectively.

This is just a few of the ways you can trim-off your weight without unnecessarily starving yourself to death. But, take note of this statement: Do not ever attempt to skip your meals. This will not help you achieve your goal goings in losing weight. It will just result to over eating the following day. Not eating your meal may just result to health problems such as fatigue or ulcer. In order to shed weight, you have to eat your meal moderately and have a regular and proper exercise. Remember the rules: eat less simple sugar and fatty foods and take plenty of fruits and vegetables. Following these simple yet important rules will help you shed-off calorie intake without torturing yourself.
